Compensation: $250 per new sale + $75/month residual per client

About the Role:

We’re seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial Sales Representative to help professionals and small business owners grow their personal brand using our AI-powered Thought Leader Automation Service.

This done-for-you system helps clients build an expert presence online through weekly content, video, and blog automation — all powered by artificial intelligence. You’ll be targeting coaches, real estate agents, attorneys, doctors, consultants, and local business owners who want to stand out without spending hours on social media.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Identify and reach out to qualified prospects via social media, email, phone or in person.

Sell a high-value, AI-powered brand-building solution to thought leader types

Guide leads through the sales process and close them

Maintain client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction

Use CRM tools to manage pipeline and track activity

Ideal Fit:

B2B or service-based sales experience (bonus if you’ve sold marketing or tech)

Confident communicator and relationship builder

Comfortable selling remotely through DMs, video calls, phone or in-person

Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn through performance

Interested in the power of AI and automation for branding and business growth

What You’re Selling:

An AI-powered monthly service that includes:

3 weekly social media posts (on 5+ platforms)

1 SEO-optimized blog per week

Daily video prompts

Short-form video editing + publishing

This service creates thought leaders across all social platforms

Commission Structure:

$250 upfront for every new client

$75/month residual income for each client you sign

Earning Potential (10 Sales/Month): $60,000 – $80,000+ annually
