Job Description
JSG is interested in speaking with Site Manager with Inventory/Supply Chain Operations experience. Our client is dealing with MRO parts & Sand Manufacturing and Warehousing.
This is a contract to perm opportunity with our top client in Kermit, TX.
Pay for this role is $38hr+ depending on experience.
The Site Manager will effectively and efficiently manage the client site with day to day responsibility for, but not limited to, purchasing, receiving accuracy, inventory control, human resource management, IT, personnel productivity and facilities management.
The right candidate will also be responsible for meeting defined performance goals and ensuring Best in Class (BIC) storeroom operations. The goals will include, but are not limited to: customer service levels, inventory accuracy, use of national suppliers, customer savings, weekly forecasts and safety.
The ideal candidate possesses the below additional experience;
5+ years of Inventory experience (Maintenance parts & Sand Manufacturing)
Proficient with ERP systems and Excel tracking
Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage inventory team, and site reporting
Additional experience with forklift operations/training, facilities management, and ability to work hands-on with team
Bachelor's degree and/or six sigma certifications preferred but not required
