What You'll Do:
Create and execute pastries, cookies, and baked goods aligned with our brand and seasonal offerings
Prepare and plate desserts for events onsite, ensuring flavor and presentation are flawless
Maintain high food safety standards and allergen labeling
Contribute to new recipe development and tastings
Support kitchen staff in pastry prep and mentor team on pastry standards
Manage digital recipe files, production notes, and ordering needs
Schedule & Perks:
Part-time, flexible schedule based on events (some weekends and evenings required)
$21$25 per hour, depending on experience

What We're Looking For:
At least 2 years of pastry experience in a professional kitchen
High attention to detail and visual presentation
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
Familiarity with dietary accommodations (vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, etc.)
A calm, team-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment
Comfort using digital tools for planning and documentation
Current Food Handler Card or willingness to obtain within 30 days
Physical Requirements:
This role involves standing for extended periods, lifting up to 40 lbs independently (and team-lifting up to 60 lbs), and working in environments that may be hot, cold, or damp. Candidates must be able to bend, reach, and move quickly in a kitchen or onsite event setting.
