What You'll Do:

Lead and manage a talented team of landscape architects and designers

Oversee project resourcing, budgets, timelines, and delivery in collaboration with PMs

Drive business development, client acquisition, and retention

Lead performance reviews, hiring, and staff development

Represent the office in client meetings, professional organizations, and the community

Contribute to firm-wide strategic vision and growth

Who You Are:

Licensed PLA in Texas (or ability to obtain quickly)

10+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture

Proven track record in leading teams, delivering complex projects, and growing client relationships

Skilled in project oversight, staff mentoring, and strategic leadership
