The Senior Audit Manager will oversee a team of auditors specializing in AML/Financial Crimes, managing audit execution, staff performance, recruitment, and retention. This role is responsible for planning and delivering audit engagements, offering technical expertise, and providing coaching, feedback, and leadership to ensure both audit quality and continuous team development.

Contributes to enhancing operational efficiency and strengthening the design and effectiveness of the internal control environment.
Lead and manage a team of resources and partners.
Support career growth by providing training and development opportunities for staff.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Conduct interviews and make recommendations for hiring staff at various levels (e.g., associate auditor, auditor, senior auditor, and audit manager).
Provide technical guidance and fulfills supervisory responsibilities
Training new or less experienced staff, reviewing audit work, and providing ongoing feedback and coaching to support employee development.
Profile
At least 7 years of relevant experience within Audit, AML, or Financial Crimes.
Proven ability to lead and influence individuals through project work.
Extensive knowledge of audit and accounting principles, with a relevant college or university degree.
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and communication skills, including proficiency in business writing and presentations to effectively convey findings and provide constructive feedback.
Holds a CPA, CISA, CIA, ACA, ACCA, or MBA with demonstrated technical expertise in areas such as accounting or regulatory compliance.
