Position Summary
ARCOS is looking for a strategic and technically savvy Technical Product MAnager to lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of our core technical solutions. In this role, you’ll own the development of customer-facing APIs, complex algorithms, and essential platform services that power our products. Ideal candidates will bring deep technical expertise, hands-on experience with enterprise system integrations, and a passion for building AI-driven features that solve real-world problems. Familiarity with GIS data and systems is a strong plus. Your mission: make ARCOS products simple to adopt, easy to integrate, and seamless to manage from a technical and IT systems perspective.
Responsibilities:
Take the lead on understanding open-ended market problems that the business is focused on solving through regular customer and prospect interactions.
Define the product roadmap for APIs, algorithms, and platform services, aligning with company objectives and customer needs.
Work closely with engineering teams to design and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions for technical users.
Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, including other product leaders, to gather requirements and define technical capabilities supporting multiple products.
Own the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring continuous improvement through customer feedback and data-driven insights.
Collaborate with engineering teams on roadmap estimation, backlog creation and refinement, and through participation in standard scrum ceremonies
Clearly communicate the scope of work, business and customer value, and anticipated outcomes of our solution in regular internal and external updates.
Lead API and platform strategy, including representing the customer’s perspective on developer experience, security, scalability, and interoperability with third-party systems.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies, particularly in AI, automation, and data integration.
Develop pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, security best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
3–5 years of product management experience in a technical SaaS environment, ideally focused on APIs, platforms, or data-centric products
Proven track record of defining and executing product roadmaps for complex technical solutions
Deep technical understanding of API design, cloud platforms, data architecture, and system integrations
Familiarity with enterprise software development, security standards, and scalability challenges
Strong collaboration skills across engineering, UX, sales, and customer-facing teams
Data-driven decision-maker with excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities
Exceptional communicator able to convey technical concepts in terms of business value
Hands-on experience with platforms like Mulesoft, Boomi, or Snowflake is a plus
Exposure to AI-driven product features or experience embedding AI into software products is highly desirable
Working knowledge of GIS systems such as Esri, OpenGIS, or similar platforms is a bonus
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field preferred
