Job Details

As the Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development of our cloud and on-prem infrastructure. You will own pipelines delivering quality updates and operational tasking windows to our growing fleet of satellites; the pipelines process out-of-this-world data and enable the engineering team to develop solutions for communication with billions of ground-end devices. You will be a key leader to our expanding team.

This is an on-site, full-time position.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

10+ years of directly relevant experience

AWS-based infrastructure design - extensive AWS experience

Infrastructure as code - significant Terraform experience

Scalable infrastructure design - significant EKS/Kubernetes experience

High-level knowledge in 2 of these 3: Python, GoLang, Rust

High-level knowledge of bash and Linux environment

At least PostgreSQL and ideally some NoSQL experience

CI - experience with modern tools like GitHub Actions or GitLab CI (as opposed to Jenkins-only experience)

Monitoring—no particular name is a must yet, but something should be in this list: Datadog, AWS CloudWatch, New Relic, Naglos…
