Job Title: Order Selector / Forklift Operator
Job Description
Order Selectors work ahead of Assemblers, managing quantities and picking orders from the VOM. They stage orders at each workbench for assemblers, ensuring a smooth and quick manufacturing process. Responsibilities include climbing ladders for top-shelf orders, lifting up to 20 lbs, operating a manual pallet jack, and becoming certified on the forklift.

Manage inventory and ensure accurate order picking.
Operate and get certified on forklifts.
Climb ladders and lift items up to 20 lbs.
Work efficiently to support fast-paced manufacturing.Essential Skills
Experience in order picking and packing.
Familiarity with warehouse operations.
Capability to operate a forklift.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Preferred experience in warehouse settings.
Strong tenure and work history.

Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled, industrial environment that resembles an art museum. Enjoy working in a medium-sized warehouse with approximately 10 workstations. The facility requires standing 100% of the time, with a dress code of a plain black t-shirt, jeans (blue, khaki, or black), and tennis shoes. The shifts are Monday to Friday, with two options: First Shift from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, and Second Shift from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm. Be open to overtime, with breaks of 10 minutes in the morning and afternoon, a 30-minute lunch break, and extended 15-minute breaks during the summer.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, Texas.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
