Job Description
We're hiring for a Project Manager to join—a growing commercial General Contracting company based in Charleston, SC. This direct hire, full-time role will manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring high-quality results on time and within budget. Founded in 2010 and licensed in SC, NC, and GA, is focused on expanding its presence throughout South Carolina.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
· Serve as the primary contact for all project-related duties
· Oversee multiple projects and coordinate with site superintendents on scheduling
· Manage subcontractor selection, awards, and communication with clients and architects
· Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation using Procore software
· Review and approve subcontractor billing and manage overall project cash flow
Project Manager Requirements:
· Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial construction or a recent 4-year university graduate
· Proficient in Procore and general computer software
· Strong written, verbal, and organizational communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
· Must reside in the Charleston area and have a personal vehicle; light travel required
Pay and Benefits-
$80,000–$100,000/year + performance bonus, company phone, paid holidays, and vacation. Health, dental, vision, and life insurance available after a waiting period.
