Contract-to-hire positionKey Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC lathes using Fanuc controls

Perform multiple set-ups daily, managing workloads across multiple machines

Conduct program edits and inspections using precision tools (micrometers, gauges, etc.)

Make machine adjustments & tool wear offsets independently

Interpret blueprints & GD&T to meet precision standards

Contribute to continuous improvement & lean manufacturing initiativesWhat We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience with CNC lathe set-ups & operations using Fanuc controls

1+ year of experience in a job shop environment

Ability to read blueprints & understand GD&T

Skilled in precision inspections using measuring tools

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $31.00/hr.
