Compensation: Base Salary $120,000 + Lucrative Quarterly Revenue Sharing

Employment: Full-time, 1099 to start

Schedule: M-TH 8:30am-5pm and Friday 9am-4pm (flexible)

Location: Arroyo Grande, CA

Practice Setting: In-office, with potential hybrid flexibility

Job Details

We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to bring their expertise, empathy, and innovative spirit to a growing behavioral health team.

As a PMHNP, you will play a pivotal role in transforming lives through comprehensive psychiatric care.

Your responsibilities include:

Conducting in-depth psychiatric assessments and evaluations for new patients.

Collaborating with the Supervising Physician to develop personalized treatment plans.

Managing and optimizing medication regimens to meet patient needs.

Delivering psychotherapeutic interventions and skill-building techniques.

Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and lab work to inform care strategies.

Maintaining open communication with patients’ families and caregivers to support treatment goals.

Coordinating with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic, integrated care.

What We’re Looking For:

Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in California.

A strong commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload.
