Project Analyst II, CSS Project Readiness (Remote)

The CSS Project Readiness Project Analyst is responsible for vetting different types of projects involving (but not limited to) customer implementations and changes as well as agency projects, internal product implementations, and core business process changes.
The Project Analyst may also work on some project requests as defined by IPCM Management.
As a Project Analyst II, CSS Project Readiness, you will
Be accountable for vetting projects with a medium complexity, which is measured by the scale and scope of the request
Lead vetting and collaboration calls leveraging CSS MS Teams and Project Readiness protocols
Encourage and seek new or non-traditional ideas to improve effectiveness in the team’s area of responsibility
Be in control of defining the project structure in our project management tool and ensure all required resources are requested and requirements are clear
Facilitate effective and constant communication with all relevant parties (internal/external)
Facilitate and drive decision-making and escalation concerning the projects assigned
About you
Previous experience in the travel industry
Prior experience in a project management role and with project management software is a plus
Proven success in leading low-complexity projects in travel management operations
Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Must have good communication skills (written and oral) in English
Ability to facilitate and resolve risks, issues, and showstoppers

At BCD Travel we value you, our culture and success is defined by you. We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Project Analyst II, CSS Project Readiness is between $52,000 and $58,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location. Costa Rican compensation range will be reviewed during the interview process.
