We are looking for a SCRUM Master and Release Manager to work with the team to work across a multi-cloud environment delivering existing and new cloud offerings for a new program that delivers applications and solutions across multiple classification levels in the environment. We will be operating and maintaining a Cloud Management infrastructure that will include tool and architecture development and integration, provide requirements analysis, risk analysis, security engineering, QA and testing.

These jobs are in the NoVA area. Flexible Hours.

Bachelor's degree in a related field of study

Eight years of relevant experience needed at a minimum.

Both roles require being 100% on site.

SCRUM Master required experience:

Demonstrated on-the-job knowledge and experience with developing and managing resource loaded project schedules in an Agile DevSecOps Mult Cloud environment.

Demonstrated on-the-job knowledge and experience with using Jira for managing backlogs, portfolios, products and sprints.

Demonstrated on-the-job knowledge and experience with leading and managing a cross functional infrastructure team. Experience in managing a team that supports a hosting infrastructure that includes the footprint on-premises and a Multi cloud environment.

Release Manager required experience:

Negotiate, plan, and manage all release activities within an Agile SecDevOps Multi Cloud environment.

Track risks and issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality

Measure and monitor progress to ensure application releases are delivered on time

Communicate release details, expectations, and schedules to the business as required

Provide periodic release reporting to stakeholders and project team

Work closely with the Scrum Master and development staff to resolve build problems and merge conflicts

Implement improvements in the release process by documenting release issues and developing plans to improve process or automation

Maintain a release repository and manage key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists
