We are seeking an experienced Deputy Program Manager (DPM) to support a high-visibility program within the Intelligence Community. The DPM will assist the Program Manager in overseeing all aspects of program execution—including technical performance, schedule adherence, financial management, and contractual compliance. This position involves both programmatic leadership and coordination with technical teams and plays a key role in ensuring successful delivery in a fast-paced, secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Program Manager and PMO in managing day-to-day operations of the program.

Oversee the delivery of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) and ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards.

Monitor, manage, and report on PRS (Performance Requirements Summary) and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) metrics.

Serve as the program’s Risk Manager and Quality Manager, responsible for maintaining the Risk Management Plan and ensuring compliance with performance standards.

Collaborate with customer stakeholders, including the COTR and CHD leadership.

Assist in managing financial, cost, schedule, and contractual elements of the program.

Identify and implement Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives.

Participate in internal governance bodies such as the JEDI Council (Joint Engineering & Development Integration Council or similar program-level leadership review board).

Coordinate with cross-functional technical and security teams, supporting secure program execution and delivery.

Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph (must be current)

Bachelor’s degree required; a technical degree is preferred, but equivalent experience in program or technical leadership roles will be considered in lieu of a technical degree

10+ years of experience in program or project management

PMP certification

Strong background in managing technical deliverables and program performance

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Experience supporting defense contracting and working within classified government programs

Familiarity with SecDevOps, DevSecOps, or secure software delivery environments

Working knowledge of Agile, CI/CD, or modern systems engineering methodologies

Experience interfacing with the DoD or Intelligence Community
