Responsibilities
As the Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day field and warehouse operations in Los Angeles. You’ll lead, launch, and optimize Throne’s physical operations, managing frontline teams and ensuring operational excellence.
Own daily operations and uphold success metrics such as unit uptime and cleanliness satisfaction.
Hire, train, and manage an in-house Operations Team—including technicians, cleaners, and pump truck operators.
Foster a culture of accountability, care, and performance across the team.
Build workforce plans to ensure adequate staffing, optimize shift coverage, and minimize inefficiencies.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, resolve bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
Oversee logistics related to Throne unit deployment, customer delivery, and site testing.
Maintain inventory visibility and forecast future needs to ensure consistent service delivery.
Partner with account management and sales teams to support customer success and field-level execution.
Manage warehouse and fleet logistics, including vehicle and equipment maintenance.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Contribute feedback to inform product, software, and service design at the company level.
Is This You?
3–5 years of experience in operations management or a related field—especially in physical operations settings such as micromobility, fleet management, hospitality, sanitation, or facilities.
Proven success managing hourly or field-based workers, with strength in hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
Self-starter with strong organizational and leadership skills—comfortable getting hands dirty and leading from the front.
Deep understanding of logistics, warehouse ops, and field deployment processes.
Demonstrated ability to problem-solve in real-time, with common sense and urgency.
Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and able to create structure that scales.
Passionate about delivering excellent customer or user experiences through operational execution.
Experience building or refining operational systems, SOPs, or internal tooling.
Collaborative, low-ego leader who prioritizes culture and team growth.
Ideal Candidate
Strong conversational or fluent Spanish is preferred.
Previous experience working with a technical physical product is preferred

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
