Job Requirements:

Set up and operate a CNC Press Brake machine to bend and form sheet metal components;

Perform machine set-up, including selecting appropriate tooling, dies, and backstop adjustments;

Adjust machine parameters to achieve specified part dimensions;

Conduct multiple set-ups per shift for both short and long production runs;

Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings;

Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers to verify part accuracy;

Make routine equipment checks and ensure proper machine maintenance;

Troubleshoot minor programming and mechanical issues as needed.
