Proficiency in SharePoint Online
Strong organizational skills
High aesthetic/design quality in creating internal pages/sites
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Especially tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch
Familiarity with Information Architecture & Wireframe Development
Should understand UX concepts
Able to plan content structure and user flows
Role Summary:
A Digital Designer supporting Corporate Communications to create compelling, visually branded digital assets and content to support messaging, primarily for internal communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design internal communication materials: Key Connect sites, hero graphics, logos, infographics, presentations, emails, etc.
Build intuitive, user-friendly wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
Maintain brand consistency per guidelines
Ensure designs are mobile-compatible
Work collaboratively with design, tech, and comms teams
Design high-level executive communications (e.g., CEO messages)
Required Background:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Experience: 2–5 years in digital design
Technical & Creative Skills:
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, etc.)
Microsoft Office 365, with a strong focus on SharePoint Online
Knowledge of:
Typography, layout, color theory
Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript – for understanding, not coding)
Strong visual design sense with attention to brand alignment
Excellent time management and stakeholder communication
