Position Purpose

The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, and maintenance of Salesforce.com applications. The Salesforce Admin will work with stakeholders, customers, and vendors to ensure the successful adoption of Salesforce.com as the primary tool for customer service, sales, and marketing.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities

Create and maintain users, roles, profiles, security settings, custom objects, and fields

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and other automation

Monitor and analyze Salesforce usage to ensure that the system is being used to its fullest potential

Develop, document, and maintain operational processes and procedures related to Salesforce

Provide technical support and training to end-users on Salesforce usage

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience

Advanced knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration

Experience with Lightning platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities

Proficient in SQL and Apex programming

Preferred Qualifications

Proven work experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role

Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification

Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems

Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration

Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities

A bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field is preferred

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies

Proficient in Microsoft Office software

Comfortable in an in-person office environment

Technical competence is a plus

Must be customer service oriented, flexible, and have a high energy level

Must have excellent follow-through skills

Must have a professional, polished, and sophisticated demeanor and be comfortable in most social settings

Must be open to domestic and international travel

Desire and proven ability to learn and grow

Job Conditions

Both office environment and occasionally manufacturing/factory environment
