$22- $25+ hour based on experience.

Polyurethane Casting OperatorPosition Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Polyurethane Casting Operator to join our production team. This role involves preparing, mixing, and casting polyurethane materials to produce high-quality parts and products. The ideal candidate will have experience working with casting or molding processes and possess strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities:

Operate polyurethane casting equipment to produce components according to specifications and quality standards.

Prepare molds by cleaning, assembling, and applying release agents to ensure proper casting.

Measure, mix, and pour polyurethane materials while adhering to specified ratios and processes.

Monitor casting operations to ensure accuracy, uniformity, and quality of the finished products.

Inspect molds and cast parts for defects or irregularities and take corrective actions as needed.

Maintain and clean equipment, tools, and work areas to ensure operational efficiency and safety.

Follow production schedules to meet deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.

Maintain accurate records of materials used and production output.

Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.

Comply with all safety protocols and company policies.Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in polyurethane casting, molding, or a related manufacturing process.

Knowledge of mixing ratios, curing times, and material handling.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.

Familiarity with using measuring equipment (e.g., scales, calipers, or gauges).

Basic mechanical skills and ability to perform routine equipment maintenance.

Ability to read and follow work orders, technical instructions, and safety guidelines.Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Comfortable working with chemicals and wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications:

Experience in blasting, painting, or welding is a plus,

Energetic, eager to learn, and willing to undergo training in thermal spray technology.

Ability to follow detailed instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
