Digital Engagement Specialist

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and collaborative Digital Engagement Specialist to join our Marketing Team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving digital engagement across all channels, including social media, email marketing, and CRM initiatives. You will create compelling content and manage campaigns.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute all email marketing efforts including design, copywriting, testing, scheduling, and audience segmentation.

Support social media channels: create posts, design graphics, schedule content, monitor engagement, and grow following.

Develop engaging and on-brand copywriting and visual content for digital campaigns across email, social, and web.

Maintain and update CRM contact lists; support CRM campaigns and initiatives to strengthen customer relationships.

Analyze digital engagement metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve performance.

Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing and social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our content engaging.

Support photography and video content creation.

Qualifications

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred.

1+ years of experience managing digital marketing and/or social media channels.

Strong copywriting, storytelling, and editing skills.

Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and social scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite).

Familiarity with email marketing platforms.

Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).

Strong project management skills and the ability to work across multiple teams and priorities.

Creative thinker who loves to brainstorm, ideate, and bring new ideas to life.

Comfortable analyzing engagement data and using it to make informed recommendations.
