Resort Manager - Prince Resort
The person in this position reports directly to the General Manager and is responsible for establishing and managing the resorts daily operations. The role especially involves overseeing and managing the Guest Services, Engineering, Food and Beverage and Housekeeping departments, with a primary focus on Guest Services. Works with department heads to ensure that all guest needs and concerns are completely addressed. Review department budgets with the department heads, help departments plan based on occupancy, oversee and assist departments in managing both fixed and variable costs, with a specific focus on Guest Services. Checking audit reports, researching and resolving deposit, inventory and other discrepancies will be part of the daily duties.

Job responsibilities:
Oversee guest services resolve guest complaints and discrepancies.
Cash drawer audits are performed
Provide coaching and leadership skills to department heads and line staff
Provide support to all departments by reviewing schedules and trainings
Bridge the communication between departments
Create a sense of belonging for team members
Follow and implement the company culture
Support hiring work flows among all departments
Ensure adherence to hotel policy from employees as well as guests
Schedule/host staff meetings
Work with guests to resolve problems by suggesting and applying mutually agreeable solutions
Work with all departments to ensure guests' requests are met in a timely and proficient manner
Requirements :
Previous experience in a similar role required
Proficient in Excel
Proficiency with computers and general office PC applications (email, POS system, etc.)
Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Working knowledge of financials and accounting
Valid Driver's License
Experience in the hospitality industry preferred
