As a Front Desk Agent, you will welcome guests and provide outstanding guest service by answering telephones, making reservations, processing check-in and checkout of guests and answering general questions about the hotel and surrounding area. The Front Desk Agent will work two over night shifts per week.

Required Skills:

Hilton Brand experience preferred

Must be available to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays-could include overnight shifts.

Should be highly organized, have strong oral and written communication skills

Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively

Outstanding people skills

Trustworthy and results-driven

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and available for all shifts.
