* A thorough understanding of State and Federal statutes as they relate to all areas of the operation of a school district.

* Possession of effective interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.

* Ability to interpret and apply pertinent laws, regulations, procedures and policies related to all aspects of the operation of a large complex school district.

* Knowledge of district and legal aspects of the recruitment/selection process.

* Proficient in and capacity to utilize all related computer software required to perform the daily requirements of the position.

* Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 12-month; Salary to be determined by the Board
