Job Summary:
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish-English) Credit and Collections Specialist to support our credit and collections management processes. This role contributes to customer risk evaluations and ensures timely follow-up on payment commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain open and effective communication with the commercial/sales team and clients, including regular meetings to monitor credit and collection processes.
Prepare required documentation for RFI & proposals 7 bids.
Manage, control, and follow up on accounts receivable collections.
Apply incoming payments accurately.
Conduct viability and debt capacity analyses for customers.
Perform credit risk assessments.
Process credit notes related to price differences, exchange rate adjustments, and early payment discounts.
Issue debit notes for financial interest and exchange rate differences.
Compile and present analytical reports based on reviewed information.
Participate in additional tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
Fluency in both Spanish and English (oral and written) is required.
