About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly creative and user-focused UX/UI Designer to join our growing product team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in product design, a deep understanding of user behavior, and hands-on experience designing intuitive and scalable digital products. What You'll Do:

Lead and execute end-to-end UX/UI design across web and/or mobile platforms.

Create compelling personas, journey maps, and user flows to inform product decisions.

Conduct user testing and usability studies to gather insights and iterate on design solutions.

Develop high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using Figma and The Adobe Creative Suite.

Translate complex problems into simple and elegant user experiences.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers.

Write AI prompts and conversational flows to support AI-powered features.

Ensure all designs are accessible, responsive, and inclusive.

Champion design consistency through the creation and maintenance of design systems.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design.

Expertise in Figma, including component libraries, auto layout, and prototyping.

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Studio.

Solid experience with persona development, journey mapping, and user testing.

Experience writing AI prompts, ideally for conversational interfaces or intelligent systems.

Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of product design work and a user-centered approach.

Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to clearly articulate design rationale.

Familiarity with design thinking, agile methodology, and rapid prototyping.

Nice to Have:

Experience working in a startup or fast-paced product team.

Background in AI/ML-driven products or working with LLMs.

Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus.

Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
