Job Profile Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with multiple segments within the organization to prioritize workload for loan servicing. This role requires a proactive individual who can implement strategic direction, integrate corporate strategy with business needs, and lead a team with autonomy. This position will manage the day to day operations of the Loan Servicing Delivery Team within operation and technology segment. The manager of this team will work through collaboration and prioritization to complete request spanning from IT, Investor Guidelines, Business needs, system enhancement and others as needed.
Job Description
The candidate will manage a team of 5-6 colleagues, while overseeing the prioritizing of workload for loan servicing. This role involves developing and delivering robust Management Information Systems to support decision-making and operational excellence. The candidate will utilize ADO software, MSP, Hogan, Microsoft Tools, and additional software as needed.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage product owner group.
- Maintain roadmap of workload.
- Provide regular reporting to management.
- Manage the relationship between business and IT.
- Develop and deliver robust Management Information Systems to support decision- making and operational excellence.
- Prioritize workload for loan servicing to optimize efficiency and meet business objectives.
- Identify and set priorities for development and modifications on products and processes.
- Stay aware of new trends and developments within our system and vendors' technology.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Develop and execute strategic plans that align with corporate goals and business needs.
This role is a hybrid role. You must be located near 5555 Cleveland Ave Columbus, Ohio.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or 7 years experience in financial industry within Loan Servicing
3 or more years of experience in Managing a team.
Experience with computer/ PC Skills
Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience in product management within the financial services industry, preferably within Loan Servicing or Operations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
