Summary:
We currently have Technical Sales Representative positions open for talented individuals who want to be part of the dynamic engineered wood products industry. The successful candidate shall live in the region where they work.
Technical Sales Representatives are the customer-facing associates on a sales team anchored in integrity and enthusiasm. As you develop opportunities for RedBuilt, you will make long- lasting relationships in the local construction community and play an integral role in projects over the entire construction cycle.
Essential Functions:
Specifying efficient structural framing systems with architects and engineers on a project-by- project basis
Developing and presenting structural framing concepts
Problem-solving with the design and construction communities
Preparing project bids
Negotiating and closing a valued project framing system
Utilizing company CRM system to drive KPIs
Skills and Qualifications:
Our Technical Sales Representatives are highly regarded and respected by our customers as knowledgeable advisors. They are passionate about the construction industry and have a knack for designing structural systems—something valued by specifiers, contractors, and building owners alike. They are excellent communicators and can accurately convey building concepts and ideas. They love challenges and are highly motivated.
Technical Sales Representatives are creative thinkers with strong problem-solving skills who go to great lengths to care for our customers. They consistently utilize all available tools and technologies at their disposal. They are simultaneously self-motivated and team oriented. Many have degrees in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.

Pay: DOE
Work Location: Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Candidates must reside in or near the following territories: Columbus, OH, Dallas, TX, or Atlanta, GA.
