What you will be doing as a key player on our dynamic team:

Is skilled in working in all areas of Loeb operations, including but not limited to wire cutting, offsite activities, receiving, put away, picking, loading, local deliveries, and yard management.

Can execute efficient and accurate material handling tasks, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of orders and shipments.

Responsible for understanding and following all SOPs in order to meet expectations in each assigned work area.

Assists in wire cutting activities, demonstrating proficiency in handling and processing of orders with little direction or oversight.

Receives incoming product and shipments including inspecting, verifying, and documenting incoming shipments of electrical supplies and components. Can document errors and research needed paperwork if there is a discrepancy.

Loads and unloads trucks, optimizing space, and ensures the secure transport of products; demonstrates an understanding and utilization of cart and load.

Can be assigned to drive a company truck to complete local deliveries and support dock operations; may be called on to deliver a load that was not delivered as planned requiring excellent customer service skills.

Can be required to work offsite at client locations to complete tasks such as organizing and coordinating deliveries to the specific location.

Is assigned to complete yard/pipe orders including organizing and maintaining inventory in outdoor storage areas.

Is qualified to safely operate material handling equipment, such as sit down and standup forklifts, pallet jacks, pallet jacks, and order pickers.

Adheres to safety protocols and regulations, promoting a culture of safety awareness among team members.

Contributes to the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse and yard areas, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

Is comfortable working with a computer to process returns and send e-mails as needed.

Experience:

2+ years of warehouse and distribution experience including use of commercial or industrial equipment.

Core Competencies:

Ability to work in a deadline driven, fast paced environment.

Basic computer and e-mail skills.

Requires reliable transportation to and from work.

Position spends 100% of time standing, walking, lifting, pulling, and pushing.

Able to move/lift to 75 lbs. unassisted.

Able to push/pull up to 100 lbs. unassisted.

Experience operating heavy machinery (forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker, etc.)

Education:

High School Diploma or GED
