This individual will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities

Educate customers on Swipesay’s products, services, and policies.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.
Assist with account setup and troubleshooting technical issues.
Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and customer support tools.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
Problem-solving skills and a positive, customer-first attitude.
