With rapid growth comes opportunity. We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative – SaaS to join our team in Camarillo, CA. This is a full-time exempt position.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a pipeline of qualified leads within the food safety/Quality Management Systems (QMS) vertically. Assist with onboarding new clients and collaborate with Customer Success for a smooth transition.
Conduct virtual product demonstrations and articulate value propositions clearly. Understand customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet regulatory and operational needs.
Collaborate with Marketing to refine lead targeting and messaging based on industry trends and customer feedback
Actively capture customer input, product suggestions, and feedback and relate to Product Management team
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records in our CRM systems.
Stay up to date with industry trends, compliance changes (FDA, USDA), audit protocols and competitor activity.
Prepare customer-facing sales materials and presentations as needed.
Portray the company, brand, product and self in a professional manner.
Handles various other duties as delegated by the Manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Food Science, Environmental Health or related field preferred
Minimum of two (2) years of in B2B SaaS sales, preferably within food safety, compliance, or Quality Management Systems (QMS) sectors required.
Understanding of FDA/USDA regulatory frameworks, audit preparation, and compliance standards required.
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Proficient in CRM systems, email outreach tools, and virtual presentation software (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
Experience working with HACCP, SQF, BRC, or GFSI-aligned programs preferred.
Exposure to enterprise procurement or vendor qualification processes preferred.

Base Salary: $68,640.00 DOE (Applicable to CA)
