Your Responsibilities:

Lead or support highway/roadway projects, focusing on state and municipal design

Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables

Prepare design plans, specifications, and reports in compliance with DOT standards

Manage client relationships and maintain regular communication on project progress

Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers to develop their skills

What We're Looking For:

5 to 12+ years of experience in highway/roadway design

PE License (preferred, or ability to obtain)

Proficiency with MicroStation, InRoads/OpenRoads, and AutoCAD Civil 3D

Experience with state DOT projects and roadway design
