St. Petersburg, FL: Printing, Signage, Display and Marketing Company seeks Experienced Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
Maintain professional contact with existing customers, walk-in customers and new inquiries via telephone, email and website. This includes sending and receiving proofs to/from clients and specifying the requested changes, if any.
Provide consultative and administrative support to sales staff with positive and goal-oriented outlook.
Prepare and process estimates, work order and invoices promptly from information obtained from customers and re-order files. This includes accurately communicating detailed specifications and requirements for new and repeat orders to production staff.
Communicate effectively and efficiently with industry vendors while processing subcontracted orders.
Answer telephone and greet customers visiting office with a cheerful, positive attitude
Assist in Production, Finishing and Shipping departments as needed.
Maintain customer job-ticket files and perform other clerical duties and hand-work as needed.
Requirements
Required Skills:
Minimum 2 years’ experience working in customer service at a printing or graphics company with a good understanding of digital, offset, inkjet and other printing processes.
Knowledge and understanding of the SIgnage, Exhibit and Display Industry
Proficiency with computer skills and aptitude with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Stamina and capacity to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Optional Skills:
Bindery, Finishing and Shipping experience
Proficiency with computer estimating and management software (Printers Plan, Print Leader, Print Smith, etc.)
Desktop Publishing skills
Wide-Format Inkjet production and finishing experience
Promotional Item (ASI), Logo Imprint and Embroidered apparel knowledge
