Service Technician

Service Technician needed in Alpharetta, GA. The purpose of the Service Technician is to perform repair, calibration, conversion, field service, training, and demonstration activities at customer/field locations. Service Technicians are required to travel as scheduled for work at off-site locations.

Service Technicians also perform general tasks related to toolbox fabrication and inventory and provide backup support to other positions.

Inspects and repairs tools both in the shop and the field. Performs in-house calibration of tools.

Enters repair information into the computer to make service reports, including tracking of parts used from stock.

Travels (up to 40% of the time) to customer sites and offshore to operate tooling on their applications.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs unassisted

Must be able to climb ladders and scaffolding

Must have a valid driver's license and be able to rent cars while traveling.
