About the Position

We are seeking a Program Manager in Healthcare Administration to join our team in support of the Defense Health Agency. The ideal candidate will be proactive, strategic and committed to excellence with a strong background in operations and process improvements.

All work will be performed on-site in Falls Church, VA.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize, direct, and manage contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex, and inter-related project tasks.

Manage teams of contract support personnel at multiple locations.

Maintain and manage the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization.

Meet with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items. Ensure conformance with program task schedules.

Develop and maintain comprehensive risk management strategies for contract operations, identifying potential challenges and proactively creating mitigation plans to ensure seamless project execution.

Conduct periodic performance reviews and strategic assessments of contract support personnel, providing targeted professional development recommendations and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Prepare and present detailed executive-level reports and briefings to senior leadership, synthesizing complex project data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of consulting and/or directly relevant industry experience.

Familiarity of the DoD and the Defense Health Agency is highly desired.
