As a Front Desk Host at Himitsu Station, you are the first and last impression of guests experienceand that makes your role essential to the success of our mission. You help solve one of our biggest challenges: setting the tone for a seamless, emotionally engaging experience from the moment guests walk through the door. Whether youre welcoming visitors, answering questions, managing bookings, or helping guests feel prepared and excited for their journey, you play a key role in bringing our story to life. Your attention to detail, warmth, and professionalism uphold the standards of our brand and ensure that every guest leaves with a lasting memoryand a reason to return.

Target hire date: June 27th.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in guests upon arrival with warmth and enthusiasm.

Provide a brief overview of the escape room experience, including rules and expectations.

Manage booking schedules, phone calls, emails, and walk-ins.

Operate the point-of-sale system for reservations, and gift card sales.

Monitor game progress by communication with show managers.

Assist with resetting rooms between games if necessary, ensuring all props and clues are in place.

Handle customer questions, concerns, and feedback professionally.

Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby area and attend to cleaning duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Friendly, charismatic, and outgoing personality with strong customer service skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Comfortable using basic computer systems and booking software.

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or entertainment.

Time management skills

Preferred Skills:

Background in theater.

Ability to multitask.

Basic knowledge of shop tools (e.g., miter saw, drill, wrench)
