We are partnering with a global home goods manufacturer in the Bluegrass Region of Kentucky to help them find a highly motivated and experienced Indirect Sourcing Manager, Logistics. In this role, you will play a key part in transitioning the organization's indirect area from a decentralized to a centralized model. This Manager will also be tasked with procurement and management of logistics services on a global scale, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery of goods, alongside other indirect categories. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and a deep understanding of international logistics and supply chain management. Additionally, you will lead and manage a team of three professionals across various indirect categories.

To be successful in this role, it is important to have the following skills/experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or relevant work experience.
5-7 years in Sourcing, Logistics Procurement experience is a must to be considered
Current/previous team management experience and ability to independently manage and prioritize key activities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Demonstrates effective leadership presence.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project, etc.).
Strong skills in mathematics, business analysis, and presentations.
Skilled in leading cross-functional teams.
