Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

$82,500+ Base Salary + Monthly Bonuses with total potential of $100,000 $5,000 Signing Bonus $2,500 per year for Bilingual

What We Offer:

Base Salary: $82,500 annually

Monthly Productivity Bonuses: Earn $800–$1,100+ once at full caseload (bonuses begin at 26 billable hours/week)

Total Compensation Potential: $100,000+

Signing or Relocation Bonus: $15,000

Supportive Clinical Environment: Collaborative team, structured onboarding, and ongoing training

Qualifications:

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Experience working with children with ASD (preferred)

Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills
