For over 50 years, TCV Community Services, a division of Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health, has provided comprehensive programs and services for children, adolescents and adults with behavioral health and special needs. The D-PBIS Program Coordinator position will coordinate the development, implementation and maintenance of all D-PBIS programs at Devereux/TCV for our adult and children’s services.

Work collaboratively with D-PBIS consultants and Subject Matter experts in the implementation of their assigned programs.

We invite you to bring your clinical, programmatic and administrative skills and experiences to Devereux National Quality Improvement team.

The D-PBIS Project Coordinator will be responsible for reporting to Devereux/TCV’s Assistant Executive Director and:

Provide, training, direct observations, data collection and performance feedback to program staff and supervisors.

Provide program oversite and supervision of the instructional components used by the staff and supervisors.

Conduct staff performance and program integrity observations and provide performance feedback to the teams.

Monitor, develop and summarize PBIS program data and data collection systems.

Participates in the D-PBIS leadership team meetings and present summary reports of progress.

Conduct periodic program assessments related to program integrity and program outcomes, participate in ongoing program evaluations for quality control, present progress data to staff, administrators and center leadership team

Serve as liasion between Program Directors.

Qualifications

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education or related field required. Master’s Degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE: Demonstrated experience in Positive Behavior Support, performance management strategies, and project coordination. Must have good project management skills. Requires strong data collection and analytic skills utilizing computer applications. Requires developed facilitation and training skills. Ability to be adaptable, flexible and change activities quickly. Proficient in MS Office and Database Management.

Valid driver's license must be maintained.
