The Administrative Assistant will provide a variety of duties to support effective day to day administrative functions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provide reliable and consistent administrative support to the organization.
Maintain confidentiality issues and release of information issues.
Provide coverage for the front reception area, including answering and relaying telephone calls when the Front Receptionist takes breaks, goes to lunch, or is absent.
Support in mail pickup and distribution.
Maintain accurate agency records.
Manage timely data collection, reviewing, analyzing, and filing of agency records.
Prepare and distribute reports or other communications as needed.
Assist in emergency evacuation procedures as described in Safety Manual.
ADDITIONAL JOB DUTIES:
Be aware of customer needs and provide quality customer service.
Know and be able to speak to OCCK’s mission and philosophy to the extent that casual conversation in the community can promote community awareness.
Perform ad hoc job duties as assigned
