**Job Type:** Full-Time Monday-Friday, on call for emergencies

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Weekday Maintenance Personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality of our facility during weekday operations. This role requires a hands-on approach to facility maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep, ensuring that our environment is safe and welcoming for associates and guests alike.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform routine Preventative Maintenance inspections of buildings and equipment to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

- Conduct repair and maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs.

- Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, meetings, and other activities.

- Help the hotel team maintain cleanliness of common areas, restrooms, and outdoor spaces (daily task for maintenance), ensuring they are neat and sanitary.

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management, prioritizing tasks based on urgency.

- Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and report the need for restocking on a monthly basis.

- Collaborate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance projects.

- Document maintenance activities and upkeep records as required by management.

- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections to prolong the lifecycle of equipment and facilities.

- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to provide a safe working environment for all employees and visitors.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in maintenance trades preferred.

- Proven experience in facility maintenance, repair, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of building maintenance and repair practices, materials, and equipment.

- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects, work on ladders, and perform manual labor.

**Working Conditions:**

- This position may require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during certain tasks.

- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends may be necessary for specific projects or maintenance emergencies.

- There will be exposure to potentially hazardous materials, machinery, and various weather conditions while performing outdoor tasks.
