Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Automation Engineer at Mechanical Systems Inc. The Automation Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, process control, electrical engineering, automation, and robotics in the design and construction of mechanical systems.

Requirements

Develop, review and test electrical schematics and control system designs.

Develop and test PLC control logic, HMI Applications, SCADA Environment and OPC Configuration.

Provide services as expert in SCADA operation for multiple Monitoring Systems.

Provide support in development, execution, and review of CSV related Protocols.

Provide field support for Panel Installation, Sensor calibration and deploying Automation systems.

Assist in developing Automation related SOP's and Design Documents.

Attend Factory Acceptance Tests and handle Engineering Tests as required for projects.

Configure PLC, HMI, Switches, Sensors, and other equipment to implement Automation Controls.
