Shearer Patio & Landscape Services started services in 1996 and over the past couple of decades we have expanded our services to include professional lawn maintenance, custom outdoor living space design, landscaping, hardscaping and pool installation and design. We are searching for a Mowing Team Member with a passion for detail to fill positions in our growing company.

Starting wage ranges from $16-$24 per hour based on experience

Qualifications:

High School Diploma (or GED) preferred

Valid Driver’s License

Communication Skills

Be prompt and maintain a professional appearance

Open to learning and training for the position

Work well within a team environment

Must have reliable transportation to and from work

Responsibilities:

Operate commercial-grade mowing equipment, including zero-turn, walk-behind and push mowers

Assist with planting, weeding, mulching, pruning and other general landscaping tasks as needed

Remove debris from driveways, sidewalks and patios using leaf or snow blowers

Perform seasonal maintenance activities including leaf cleanup, aeration and dethatching

Follow all safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment as required

Interact and communicate professionally with clients and/or members of the public

Operate and maintain landscape/hardscape tools and equipment such as mowers, trimmers and heavy equipment
