Job Description

Serves as the primary contributor in the analysis and validation of system requirements to existing business processes and information systems to ensure desirability, practicality, and resource availability and capability. Designs, develops and implements complex programs and/or modifications of existing applications. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation of complex applications according to organization standards and end-user requirements. Responsible for the determination, diagnosis, isolation and resolution of complex applications resource and utilization problems and errors. Develops fault diagnosis, isolation and resolution techniques that ensure optimal performance is constantly maintained.

Minimum Qualifications

A college degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience and 4 years experience in Information Technology (preferably experience in Applications Development).

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine clinician or analyst to join our Health System Informatics team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in emergency medicine and preference will be given to those with an Epic ASAP certification.
