Pediatric Advanced Practice Provider - Inpatient

Assumes primary accountability for nursing coordination and provision of individualized care for patients of all ages.

Utilizes delegation and critical thinking skills to provide quality service through a team-oriented, collaborative approach to patient care.

Performs charge nurse responsibilities, assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care.

Administers treatments and medications, identifies educational needs, contributes to performance improvement activities, and advocates for patients.

Requires Bachelor of Nursing, 1 year of clinical nursing experience, current RN license in Virginia, and BLS certification.
