LPN or RN Part-Time Weekends

This job is for a Physical Therapist in Home Health, with a 13-week contract assignment working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, visiting patients in care facilities and homes.

The candidate may be hired based on performance.

The location is in Duluth, GA, covering Norcross, Peachtree Corners, and Duluth.

Travel varies, with productivity expectations of 30 units per week.

EMR systems used include HomeCare HomeBase, Oasis, Outlook, and Teams.

On-call is required every other weekend, and home health experience is preferred.
