Description:
The job requires a registered nurse with an active license, 3 years of experience including supervisory experience, and RAC training.
Responsibilities include coordinating the RAI process, completing MDS assessments, leading care plan meetings, auditing medical records, collaborating with health plans, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
The RAI Coordinator tasks involve scheduling assessments, communicating with the interdisciplinary team, transmitting assessments, updating care plans, and participating in meetings.
Other duties include assisting with resident care, attending continuing education, and performing administrative tasks.
