Overview
LMI is seeking a Cyber Security Enterprise Architect for a program supporting a US Navy client. The Cyber Security Engineer will focus on securing technical architectures and provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for a SAP S4HANA modernization effort. This position requires an active Secret Security clearance.

Responsibilities
Work directly with government Technical Directors and Cyber Security professionals to architect and deploy cloud and hybrid cyber security infrastructure that meets current DoD zero-trust requirements while also aligning with FISMA and NIST guidance.
Provide Subject Matter Expertise on the US Department of Defense (DoD) Cyber Security Zero-Trust Strategy, FISMA, and the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF)
Conduct RMF Continuous Monitoring for Web, Database, and Application Services/Servers
Provide Cloud Security Engineering support documentation to Cyber Security projects and programs to include informational and decisional briefs, white papers, architecture and engineering development, acquisition artifacts, and implementation plans
Install, configure, integrate, and train others on security solutions in the cloud
Lead the RMF process for achieving an ATO at the IL4/5 level
Work closely with the DevOps and System support engineers to provide guidance on security weaknesses in the cloud environment
Review security controls and configuration requirements including secure network design, database access, security testing, authentication methods, implementation of encryption, privilege management, logging, input validation, secure storage design, and secure data transfer
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Active Secret Security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance
DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification
Minimum 3-years of experience in developing and implementing system information security standards and procedures in a DoD Cyber Security Enterprise Environment
SME on FISMA, and the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF)
Familiarity with the US Department of Defense (DoD) Cyber Security Zero-Trust Strategy
Must be able to work on software development activities in a NIPRNet environment and comply with and implement policy received from the NIPRNet and the Government ISSM IAW AR 25-2
Experience with Security control implementation and inherited security controls
Experience with STIGS and how inheritance works.
Demonstrated experience in achieving an ATO through the RMF process
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
CISSP
Bachelor's degree with a technical/STEM focus
Master's degree in computer science or related technical field
Active DoD Top Secret Clearance
Experience with Navy ERP systems
Knowledge of DoD network operations
AWS Security certification
Target salary range: $95,348 - $167,812
