What You'll Do:
Perform Incoming Inspection on raw materials and components
Inspect and test incoming electronic printed circuit boards (PCBs) from external suppliers.
Create QC labels and accurately mark each item with test results.
Participate in Material Review Board (MRB) and Daily Production Management huddles to address quality issues.
Gather and record all internally identified defects (Red Tags) daily and ensure accurate data entry into the Access database.
Measure, inspect, and assess non-conforming components and recommend corrective actions.
What We're Looking For:
High School diploma or GED.
3+ years of experience in Quality Control roles within the electromechanical industry is preferred.
Strong ability to read and interpret measurements and specifications on engineering drawings and technical documentation.
Proficiency in performing internal test procedures and inspection processes.
Strong troubleshooting skills to investigate, diagnose defects, issues, and root causes.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills for standard operating procedures and quality reports.
