The position
As a Process Manager for Quality Processes, you will be the lead of the process across our global manufacturing sites in the Aseptic Manufacturing area. You will be working closely together with stakeholders both locally and globally. You will set the direction for the Quality processes across all our global sites and ensure that they are complying. Furthermore, you will support the quality network to standardize, simplify and digitalize the processes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Setting direction for the Quality processes (for example Annual Product Review, Quality Risk management or other processes) within compliance.
Initiating and driving various initiatives and projects to support the above direction.
Overall responsible for quality process groups focusing on implementing improvements and share success related to the direction for the quality processes.
Being close to the Quality processes across Aseptic Manufacturing in Europe, North and South America, and Asia.
Working in close collaboration with other groups (improvement groups, different network groups, other process groups etc.) as well as various stakeholders along the value stream.
In this role you will set directions and delivering results that have a significant impact on our Quality processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing data to make sure we focus our efforts where the value and impact is most needed. Your work will be based in Denmark.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who thrives in an ever-changing environment while keeping the high quality of their work. Our ideal candidate enjoys collaborating with various stakeholders from different cultural backgrounds and has a practical knowledge of quality processes in manufacturing. To drive the process group, you must have great leadership skills and preferable experience with manager tasks or as a direct manager, however success in this role happens through indirect leadership of stakeholders in the network. Combining leadership skills with a project management background would be an advantage.
To succeed in this role, you have:
A MSc or equivalent within engineering, pharmacy or similar field.
At least 5 years of experience within Quality or Aseptic Manufacturing.
Experience with project management within a global stakeholder landscape as well as leadership skills.
Experience within GxP regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Professional proficiency in English.
Additionally, you have experience with LEAN. Moreover, your professional background includes business strategy and projects implementation within global organization. As a person you are a team player with a great ability to collaborate and have strong leadership skills with a proven track record of guiding and motivating teams. Your attitude ensure that no challenges are too big or too small to handle. You are interested in finding new and improved ways to make our processes more efficient. Furthermore, you are a dedicated professional who is eager to learn and develop new skills.
About the department
AMSAT QA is located in Gentofte, Denmark and our role is to ensures that quality is incorporated in all aspects of the AMSAT organisation including QC laboratories. Our department consists of 55 highly qualified employees and are supporting and overseeing QC laboratories and analytical methods, support functions to production and products. AMSAT QA is part of Aseptic Manufacturing Quality Assurance (AM QA) with approx. 800 Quality colleagues located across our global network.
