REQUIREMENTS: A valid Iowa Coaching License Must be able to pass the Federal Back Ground Check Must have knowledge of the activity in which Coaching A valid Iowa driver's license with the ability to drive school vehicles.

Prefer certified teacher Experience and/or education in the athletic activity that is being supervised Adheres to all district and school policies regarding the athletic program A Sport Specific Clinic Concussion Training Yearly On line Rules Meeting Yearly- On line the ability to quickly develop successful working relationships with people from different backgrounds and with varying levels of sporting ability; a desire to help other people succeed; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team-building ability; enthusiasm, flexibility and patience; awareness of equality and diversity issues, including those related to sport and disability; motivational skills and an understanding of the psychology that underpins successful competition (particularly at varsity coaching levels); organizational skills; A strong interest in maintaining professional skills and knowledge.

Attends clinics, workshops, and professional organizations as related to coaching area.
